the women that works in the office and answer the phone is the most miserable person I have ever delt with. car was stolen and towed to them and extremely awful experience and will let the Wethersfield department to stop using them, bad enough to deal with a stolen car and then have to deal with most awful person I ever had to deal with

These people tried to tell me I had to pay $125 to retrieve my belongings out my vehicle, not even to get the car JUST TO GET MY STUFF OUT OF THE VEHICLE!! I want to tell anybody who may not know, THAT IS ILLEGAL!!!!!!! Don’t let these ppl scam you please. They are running on scams, they didn’t ask for ID no title nothing. A complete stranger could’ve accessed my vehicle. The lady answered the phone like I called her personal telephone and not a business place. Absolutely disgusting. Sick my stomach

The woman that answered was absolutely rude. I don’t know her name because she didn’t even provide her name or even greeted me with the business name. I was being very nice and professional but this woman must have a very difficult life that has made her bitter and/or has mental issues because throwing all that venom towards someone you know can’t really do much about it is incomprehensible. She hung up on me for no good reason. I called back and asked to speak with someone else, but she said there was nobody else and of course, they have the car and I need to take it out. She had the power to treat me the way she did and that’s exactly why I say she is a bitter unstable woman because she wouldn’t do this if she wasn’t in that position of having the upper hand. I am shocked how any business allows this type of behavior. I couldn’t treat anyone this way, let alone a customer.

One of their trucks took a left turn across the lane I was driving in about 20 feet before the driveway he was turning into. I had to slam on my brakes and come to a complete stop. I followed him into the parking lot to get the name of the company and he began screaming at me. He was behind my car screaming out the window of the truck and got out at one point as he continued screaming at me. Being screamed at is easily ignored but reckless driving is putting people in danger.

Company towed car from a spot it was allowed to be in. They only accept cash and they literally tow your car to an area that quite literally looks like a dump. There are scratches on my car because it was handled poorly and was thrown in a snow bank.

So I met Chino through a fellow STI owner who has had work done to his car. I liked the work after seeing a few body jobs chino has done. Chino ended up painting my entire vehicle for a very reasonable price then a year later I took it back to him after a small ding occurred. Great service! Great people! Customer for life!!!!!! Thanx Chino

Great place to get your car fixed professional towing and good customer service I brought my BMW and Mercedes there for bodywork and the job came out great I will recommend my family and friends to go there and get their cars fixed

The owner is very sweet but one of his tow truck drivers hit my car yesterday in front of a school zone while I was breaking to because a child was about to cross in front of me with my one year old in the car and the driver never stopped to see if I was ok. I had to follow him to a dump site. He then talked to me ver disgusting and claimed he didn't hit me at all because there was no damage then He told the police and his boss that he didn't know he hit me. He is a liar because he asked me why I breaker in front of him so if he didn't hit my car or know he hit my car then why would you ask why I braked? Then he said he figured I could have followed him to where he was going because it wasn't far from where he hit me. That's twice he contradicted his statement because if you weren't aware you hit my car then why would u say I would follow you and why would you ask me if I braked I didn't want an apology because it would not have been sincere because he was only trying to save his self because he is a little kid who can't aknowledge a mistake and own it he had no remorse towards me who had a one year old he could have hurt or the child crossing the street. Mistakes happen I understand and I don't wish for anyone to lose there job or get suspended but he needs better training. Other employees were asking me " well what do you want us to do ?" Then another one came up to my car after I spoke with the owner who again was very apologetic and sweet and asked me really disingenuous "what damage did you say he did " I feel like the owner should handle situations like this and not people who don't know how to talk to someone with compassion and understanding. If something happened to my son it would be a whole different story and all the culprit was worried about was me trying to lie to collect insurance. He was laughing and rude and honestly didn't care until he was in front of his male coworkers and a police officer. This disgust me and I still can't believe someone would hit a car with a baby in it and not ask once if my son was ok he just had a cigarette and laughed it off then bold faced lied and kept saying if he hit me he was sorry as if I didn't feel my car roll or I would be outside with a baby chasing a tow truck down ... that's f****** sick and inhumane please get a better staff or train them because if I wasn't the one to get hit he would of hit the kid crossing in front of me I'm calling the school today to see if they can give me the video of it
