Disrespectful and rude staff. I have been waiting for weeks for a medical equipment for my daughter. No one has reached out. I called today and I was explaining to the pharmacist the situation and she just cut me off, extremely rude and Disrespectful. I told her your rude and Disrespectful and I don't appreciate it that. All she cared about was getting the job done fast and very poorly.

Beware: immigrants here on a visa requiring updated covid-19 vaccinations. This pharmacy is not a participator in the Bridge Access Program, which provides free COVID-19 vaccines to adults without health insurance and adults whose insurance does not cover all COVID-19 vaccine costs regardless of citizenship or immigration status. They also do not make you aware that updated covid-19 vaccines are readily available at no charge at leading pharmacies such as Walgreens and CVS.
Not to mention, they have at least one relationship with a local USCIS approved civil surgeon/immigration medical provider who recommends them to unsuspecting patients for required updated covid vaccinations. I consider this to be either ignorant or unethical, but most likely the latter.

I stopped by about 2 weeks ago with a prescription for a maternity support belt. The young lady by the name of Shameka was extremely nice and very helpful. I went in handed her my prescription, she came from around the counter to measure my waist, and in less than 5 minutes I had my maternity support belt in hand and on my way out. I spent less than 15 minutes there and was extremely happy with Shameka's customer service skills and her quick turn around time.

Communication is lacking here. They never called when a loved ones prescription was sent over. I went in to see what was going on and to pick up. I was told they needed 15 minutes to get everything ready. I told her I'll be back soon for it. I came back two hours later, was acknowledged and told it would be a few minutes later. Five minutes later, someone else calls me, asks for the insurance information again which I had already given and said it would be an additional 10 minutes. I was told they only fill prescriptions while patient is waiting... which I was never told. It's a waste of time for busy individuals such as myself. Mind you, I was picking up a small device, not medication.To top off my annoyance, a staff member was rudely speaking in Spanish about another customer. Very unprofessional. First time here and I'll be avoiding coming back!

So happy to have found this local pharmacy! Jill and her team are helpful, accommodating and so conveniently located near the old Cuginos restaurant! This is just what Farmington needed! Later CVS!

I love this pharmacy! The staff act like the owners. Customer service is 5 Star. The pharmacists I have interacted with very informative. Post surgery they suggested home delivery of my needed drugs at no extra cost to me. The delivery person way very thoughtful. The multilingual staff a huge plus for the area. I am so happy to say this is now my pharmacy.

Have bern dealing with Arrow since 2016. They make it a point to have your items ready when you arrive. Great counter staff and the pharmacists will provide time to answer your questions.

This pharmacy provides me services I can't find at other pharmacies. They package my meds for me because I often forget to take them and get confused with all the bottles. They also deliver them to my home at no charge....When I needed a nebulizer machine for my breathing they were also able to bill my insurance and provide it to me as well as my walker! I am very happy with this pharmacy and the staff and delivery drivers are very helpful!!!
