On 5/17/2022 this branch tried to charge my sister $100 JUST TO CREATE HER ACCOUNT! They stated that it was a bank fee and would not reflect in her account. I have never heard if a bank targeting it’s prospective clients for extra cash! This location needs an internal review by its corporate office.

They have one of the worst bank teller and manager, ask for 150 in change and the teller stole a roll of quarter I had ordered. I had to call corporate and filled a complaint. hopefully BOA will do the right thing. If I could give no stars that what this branch would have gotten from me not a 1 star they don't deserve it. They even told me they will not provide me with a bag to put a 150 worth of coins I had to stuff my 4 pockets with them all.??

I arrived 4:15 PM (45 minutes before the place closed.) I waited over 30 minutes and then I was told to come next day. Instead of just quickly telling me they weren't gonna have time to take care of me and not let me wait over 30 minutes. I can't stand when employees are doing something they seem to dislike. If this job is not for you then find a job you like and stop being so incompetent.

Never had a problem or have to wait, ATM outside an inside. Friendly Workers an comfortable Space. Not very big but it's really Decent.
