We recently remodeled our master bathroom and purchased all the hardware from Bender, Hartford, CT. Bender carries such a wide range of products that the choices may seem overwhelming! However, Melissa, provided all the necessary insights in a convivial manner without any sales pressure. We strolled through the store, reviewed individual choices, and asked multiple questions, enabling informed decisions. Without Melissa's guidance, we would have been lost! While the prices may be slightly higher than perhaps a hardware store, the service and access to expert knowledge, easily compensate for the difference. Once again, many thanks to Melissa for all the help and commitment to customer satisfaction. Keep up the good work!

Good quality products. Yes prices are higher than what you may see at big box stores but i have learned the hard way believing i saved a few bucks initially ended up costing me more as I have had to replace items sooner. I also worked with Nikki. She had excellent input, knew products well and pointed out the best product that suited my needs and budget. I truly appreciated it.

Melissa is hands down the best designer out of the Hartford office. I’ve been following her work for years and I love her aesthetic. She’s the only person I would let design my bathroom because she’s well connected in the industry and she’s able to listen and catch the vision of her customers needs and desires.

After putting in much effort to locate a sink that was the same shape and size as our existing fixture and coming up empty, Kayla looked over the measurements and photos and in a matter of three minutes had our replacement up on the computer screen. A pleasure working with her.

Melissa at Bender was very communicative and helpful in getting our product ordered and delivered to us. She was also helpful with subsequent orders when we ran out of tile! We shopped many tile stores across the state but appreciated the selection of modern tile that Bender offered. Would definitely shop here again for future projects.

Rough experience here, they're completely unorganized. If they have everything in stock and you can take it right then you might be OK but check every box to make sure parts aren't missing. Our contractor that recommended this showroom was embarrassed by them and our remodel job was delayed by weeks because Bender wasn't able to get products in. They didn't tell us what was going on proactively and when we would ask about delivery dates they would say they weren't sure when things were arriving. They also took a huge deposit and we had to cancel a bunch of the original order (couldn't get the things we ordered) and we never got a refund. They tried to say that we somehow bought exactly 5000.00 of items and also that one of the things that we never wanted (temp faucet) couldn't be returned because the box was incomplete. Most of the suppliers we worked with were great (shoutout Daltile) but unfortunately Bender was the exception.
