Went in last week for an ABS Control Module, I emphasized I needed one for a manual car. I called beforehand to confirm and even asked the women at the front desk if the piece I’m ordering is coming from another manual car. They said YES. Today I had to return the part because it was for an AUTOMATIC. The women upfront was rude and said “you never mentioned that you needed one for a manual car” instead of apologizing like an adult. Don’t do business here!

Had what I needed at a reasonable price but was supposed to get a call when the part arrives but instead I had to call them then when I express myself about the situation I was rudely hung up on need better customer service

Words cannot describe the disgust that I feel for this business I’ve always came here and never had an issue, but my mother ordered a part paid for it had the yellow receipt was told that she was going to be able to pick up the part the following day the following day comes, and they tell her that her part is out for delivery in Naugatuck, when it was supposed to be picked up by us personally we asked if we can track down the part and pick it up wherever it is we are told by the woman in the front that they have no communication whatsoever with their delivery driver. They do not have a phone number to contact the delivery driver were told to call back at 3 o’clock to see if the driver has come back with the part that was being delivered , we call we show up and my mother gets accused of not paying for the part when she is clearly showing the woman the yellow receipt in hand. Then we come to find out the power was never out for delivery and were sitting in the office the whole entire day , the woman in the front expecting no one to be upset like this is something that anyone and everyone should’ve stopped. It was OK for her to not do her part of her job to look and make sure it was really out for delivery or not so she decides to put the attention on my mother because she was clearly upset after so many mistakes in running around in the tries to run into the office and accuse my mother of having an attitude. She is a 72-year-old woman has some compassion and respect for your elders when you have had at least 2% attitude with all of this going on truly expected better it’s sad and pathetic to see people that cannot do their job properly, and on top of that want to put the blame on others. The professionalism yesterday went down the drain. I am so disappointed. It really felt like they were trying to take a vantage of someone who did not speak English and was old. Disgusting.

My first time also getting a car part for my car and I was happy that James was very helpful and patient with me lol I literally needed to take a breather just to speak because I had allergies really when I was talking to him. But he was very helpful to the tea which I appreciate that.

This company is ridiculous I've been waiting for 2 weeks for a part to come that I ordered and not one employee from this company can tell me where the part is when it's coming in and they won't even give my refund back how does this company stay in business they are ridiculous !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called Hartford Chuck & Eddies asking if they sell the cover that goes over the spare tire and they don't, so I asked them what they do carry and they said "nothing".
