A great Organization that advances the rights and opportunities of immigrants & refugees in Connecticut via events that honor and highlight their achievements, educational panels on the need for immigration reform, pro bono legal consultations and referrals and several other assistance programs.

CIRC advocates enthusiastically for all immigrants and refugees and has bean very active raising funds to help CT immigrants and refugees who have been disproportionately affected by food deprivation, threat of eviction and lack of basic healthcare during the COVYD-19 pandemic.
