A few weeks ago, my boyfriend and I went to the store because he wanted to get out of the family plan, and a man who is there speaks Spanish was very rude, I told him that we didn't want the number just to get out of the plan and he said that we had to call because he can't do anything, but in other stores they help us and are very kind yes I told him not to yell at us he just looked at us and said aha, so change company.

cricket ....After losing my SIM card to my phone I want to cricket on New Britain avenue it was told that my account would not come up and to go to cricket on Park Street in Hartford Connecticut!! I enter cricket not knowing that my passcode had already have locked out already and that I would never be able enter my account!!
I spoke with store manager Cathy she tried her best to help me get my issues resolved she called customer service also the help desk to see if we can change my information that was entered incorrectly my name was enter as Dizzy my name is Stacey I didn't know my pin or my password that was another problem but still Cathy proceeded to try to get my phone back to work, I left on the first day with no hope that there was no way to find my information about my account that I have had since 2017 , 7 years service that had to end the next day because I went back to talk to Cathy with the information that I had written when I set up my account and once again we couldn't get into my account!! I close my account and open a new one and started all over with the new phone number what a headache was that I had to call a lot of doctors and every other important people to provide my new phone number changes for emergency contact!! Cathy once again oblige me with setting up the new account with my information and setting up my my account .. I left the store more happier than I started out on my second day!!
Cathy went above and beyond her duty to make sure my issue was resolved and that my phone was back online I sincerely think Cathy for all her amazing calmness and work at The cricket!! She is amazing manager I can't thank you enough I greatly⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ appreciate your service and if I have any more problems I'll be more than happy to come back and speak with Cathy thank you!!

So disappointed in my experience here. Was looking for a phone with NFC capability, and the salesperson said that a specific phone had it. The phone she gave me turned out not to have this feature, but I ended up having to pay over $50 to exchange the phone the next day, even though I was provided incorrect information. ($25 return fee plus they wouldn't refund either case or screen protector, so I had to buy new ones)Additionally, the salesperson asked me to help other customers set up their new phones while I was in the store. I'm happy to help, but the salespeople at this branch seem very poorly trained if they are providing incorrect information and are not even able to set up new Android devices.UPDATE: I reached out to the customer support team and will be receiving a refund for these charges. Thank you to the customer service personnel on the national team! Avoid Hartford, go to a different Cricket branch to avoid this hassle.
