I need to file a complain and I wouldlike to know who do I speak to or where do I go to file a serious complain.

The way how I feel about CT education system I doubt I'll be voting come election time. Imagine paying for a loan and getting screwed by a school that won't face any consequences. Stone Academy done traumatized me. And I doubt anything good will come from all the wrongs they did.
