If you need your prescription in the worst way if your suffing with pain or sleep or even just getting out the hospital PLEASE I IMPLORD YOU DO NOT GO TO THIS CVS LOCATION THE PHARMACY DO NOT CARE You can be on deaf door and they still will tell you they don't have your medication when they do The customer service in the front of the store are very nice very considerate and respectful but they will not let you use their bathroom according to their store manager who never seem to be there when you want to speak with them it's like they hiding but like I said PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS CVS LOCATION YOU WILL LEAVE HERE ANGRY.

Displease of this pharmacy .I went there last night on Oct 7th, that man that was in charge if he's a nurse or what I dnt knw very rude. And refuse to speak to my insurance that was waiting on the phn to speak to him about my insulin that i was out of.. those other workers that was there dnt knw what they doing.... it's been 2 weeks these people at this place been giving me a ring a round they dnt care about the patients...now in out of meds now they telling me it's been ordered again and will take a couple days so tel mi what will I take now it's been 2 weeks I've been waiting

This store is probably one of the worst in the area. Staff is unhelpful, line is typically out of the door, everything is locked up with no staff to unlock it, pharmacy staff move as if they have no purpose - truly terrible. Only reason I visit is because of the central location to my home. One staff, I believe her name is Lynn? Not sure, but every time I’m there she gives me a less than satisfactory experience. Very rude and short with customers. Not sure how she’s been there for 15 years..

This pharmacy has gone downhill. The attitudes are terrible , they lie and say they will order Rx, and days later tell you nobody has the Rx locally. They are so rude and have zero customer service skills. The lady tells me she sent the rx to a pharmacy I requested, and that was a lie, too. She had a burnout attitude.

This location gets four stars just for one cashiers customer service skills. His name is Clayton and he should be a lead or a manager. The kid is so patient and thorough when it comes to helping customers. Very unique personality.

TODAY IS SUNDAY MARCH,17 2024 IS 10:15 AM PHARMACY STILL CLOSED AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENS AT THIS STORE IN BLUE HILLS,I AM IN NEED OF MY MEDICATION FOR DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY AND NO ONE IS HERE, HOPEFULLY THE BIG BOSS KNOWS HOW THIS IS WORKING
