They offer exercise, protein shakes, smoothies, and mega teas, which are delish. The attention is very good and positive, and they are very attentive to nutritional needs. The place is always clean and organized, making you feel welcomed and empowered to accomplish fitness goals.

Lovely place to eat healthy and sit and enjoy the ambiance.Great smoothies! You have to try the mega teas. My favorite Mega tea is the Horchata.
