I am extremely pleased with the work Flanders completed on my vehicle. A special part needed to be ordered from overseas as well as an oil change needed to be done. The work was performed very quickly in less than 48 hours and there were no issues after driving 4000 miles within the 2 weeks afterward. Any other service I need and am in the Hartford area, I will be returning to Flanders for future business. Special thanks to Hope, Dennis, and Joe for this positive experience!

These folks are real professional and accommodating. The allowed me to change my appointment day quickly and without hassle. Extremely communicative and I felt trustworthy.
They came highly recommended to me and I wasn't disappointed with anything.

I had an excellent experience with Flanders. The thermostat went on an older model car that I bought for my son to drive. Joe and the crew at Flanders were amazing. They diagnosed the problem very quickly and fixed it immediately. All had a reasonable price, too. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Asked them to check my brakes. Only need brakes and pads replaced , appreciated their honesty and did not try and sell need for all 4. Work done in timely fashion, reasonable price. I will go back when fronts are needed. Don’t want to fool around when it comes to brake safety!

I bent my rim on the highway. Joe got my car in immediately. Great communication from start to finish! They even offered to pick me up so I wouldn’t have to find someone to drive me. Fast service. Got my car back quickly. When I arrived to pick up my car, someone was even washing it, which is above and beyond! Great experience for a crummy situation. The shop is in a good/convenient location near the Wethersfield line and was easy to find. My car drives like brand new. Thank you Flanders!
