I went to buy a joystick that had a specific price tag on it, but when I got to the register, The salesperson convinced me to purchase a warranty for $50. Then it rang a higher price. It was marked with a sticker that said was 179.99 now 159.99.You would think that, since the lower price was clearly displayed on the sticker, he would honor it. However, he did not. As someone with experience in retail management, I know that the right thing to do would have been to honor the lower price to avoid losing a customer.

This store had its downfall when they fired the previous managers (Dee) and replaced him with a white woman with red hair, the service is terrible, in terms of figures they do not have any variety and each time there is less and less what they have to offer, I got all my collection in this store with the previous management which now I ask about some figure and the current manager only says that it has to be online I am surprised how it is still open

It looks like the store closes daily from 6-6:35pm. I also made the mistake of driving out of my way to come here and was just unlucky on the timing... the store owner needs to update their hours online
