I’ve been Thereonce on a Sunday morning and it was fine, but after reading these reviews, all I hear out of management is the same thing and all I read is the same problem from the same person no thanks…. if I was working there, there wouldn’t be those problems

Worst customer service and they were so rude . What ever we gonna ask them they gonna say we don’t care , do what u want to do . One of the worst customer service i ever had . Disgusting. I recommend not to spend single dollar with them .

It states open at 7 am yet Vaccum not on cones still in the way and no one in the wash to Assist it’s really never ready til 7:30ish some times 8 so y’all really need to update y’all schedule it’s inconvenient for those who are tryna get a wash before work

I have been going to this car wash since I bought my new car in 2022. Within recent months, I have realized that they hire horrible employees that are lazy and try getting in arguments with their customers. It has happened twice in recent months. The people working inside are also problems. I am thinking about cancelling my membership and going elsewhere. Horrible service and like other people have shared, my car is not even fully clean like it was when I first started going there. Scratches in several areas and the soap is not washed off correctly because I get lots of soap spots and abrasions. The only thing good about this location now is the gas and vacuums and even those don't work regularly either. This review is for the Weston Street location.

I like the golden nozzles free vacuums, and they are open Monday-Saturday 7am-8pm and Sunday 8am-8pm.

Be careful here on Weston St. The cost is cheaper here than then any Russell Speeders, but it looks like they are trying to make up for it by ushering cars in bumper to bumper. There is no light or sign to tell you when your disconnected so you can pull off. You don't know you're off the track until the car behind you, rear ends you. The back of the car is barely getting cleaned anymore because the cars are too close up on each other. I have also noted from the very first wash, scratches on my car and they aren't that little either. If I get rear ended one more time, I'm just not going to let it go. I've already spoken to your workers about it and I gather others have complained as well. Aren't you glad to be making enough money to not have to work? Do you have to become billionaires too?

The other time I posted about how much they scratched my car. They never answered my call. After the publication there they called me after 4 voice messages that I had left. Now the joke is that to make sure my vehicle was not scratched in the wash they have to check the cameras. Oh my God! How the hell can you see if my car was scratched while being washed?! All for not paying for the damages. My people, don't wash your car there, better do it by hand, don't waste your money or your car washing it in those golden nozzle places. A car that has only been with me for 4 months and is from 2023 now looks like one from 1990. Don't do it.

I pay 45$ a month for everything and every day they're are late opening for carwashes and turning on the vacuum. They have this tire track that will scratch your rims if that Spanish guy isn't in the mood to direct you in correctly, the spin brushes will scratch your Sideview mirrors and paint, this morning I pulled up and SAMETHING with the dude late with everything picking up trash around the parking lot with vacuums off and nobody operating car wash. He always has a attitude and one time made a whole line of cars back out. Today was the last straw go to Russell Speedway or hand wash not worth the trouble, CANCELING!!!!!

i’ve been coming here for over one year. All the staff are very professional and customer friendly orientated. Any issues I’ve ever had they did direct to the regional manager, which was ignored. I did speak to someone in corporate yesterday and address my concerns, and I was assured that moving forward my issues will no longer be a problem. I was suggested to go to a different location in which I explained that was not conducive to my crazy work schedule and the convenience of the Weston Street location the crew at Weston Street do not get the credit in which they deserve they have to deal with customers who are in a rush and don’t understand patients I commend all the staff on Weston Street. Keep up the good work, the customer service and your friendly mannerisms respectfully Sylvia grant.Services: Vacuuming

I've been a member at this car wash for a few years now and never had a problem with any of the service very nice and respectful employes. Never had a problem with any of the pass issues they get it fixed right there and then.Would highly recommend

Golden Nozzle Almost got me arrested for asking for corporate number the manager didn't even try to figure out why I was disappointed in the service the white lady pushed a panic button that caused swarms of police to show up I wouldn't want my worse enemy to go to that God forsaken place!!! Just horrible and a display of sheer racism at its finest!!!
