Wow Maegan is such a breath of fresh air for the service department! I’ve had my fair share of cold and rude interactions over the years but she completely turned around my service experience as a woman. She is extremely empathetic and patient. You can tell it’s not just about money with her and it is much appreciated. She is one of a kind!

We went to Harte Nissan and met with our salesman, Dominic Jimerson. He showed us the vehicle we were interested in and took the time to go over the various features of the truck. He made the sale process smooth and was very personable while staying engaged in each step of the way until we drove home with it. If you’re looking to buy at Harte, make sure you ask for Dominic.

The entire process could not have been easier. From a call to Customer Service in AM which was handled perfectly, to Damen patiently explaining all of our purchase/lease options, Scott reviewing all of the details on the vehicle we chose. No pressure all the way through. Highly recommend!

Today my daughter and I went to Harte Nissan to purchase a car and I wanted to share how pleased we were with the entire team - Greg, Brett, Dave, and Scott. They were all very knowledgeable, compassionate, and responsive to our needs. They worked hard to get us the right car for the right price. I leased my 23 Altima at another Nissan dealership in the state. Once they had my money, they couldn't be bothered to answer any questions I had.I reached out to Harte, not expecting much, but they've gone above and beyond to prove the other dealership isn't how Nissan wants to operate.I brought my car in this morning, explaining concerns I had that didn't seem normal for under 3000 miles. They didn't dismiss me; they ran diagnostics and did a road test and then we talked again.Turns out, the problem was me (my words, not theirs!). It's been so long since I've had a new car that I didn't realize how these new transmissions shift. Once I understood that was the (non) issue and that it wasn't something to be concerned about, I was given the okay to get on my way - no charge.I would happily recommend Harte Nissan. You'll be listened to, respected, and made to feel valued.Why can't more businesses be like this?

This dealership is SO BAD. Horrible customer experience. my husband and I went in to check out some pre-owned vehicles only to see 2 SUV's. After, we were given the carfax, Alejandro gave us his card and then just walked AWAY. He didn't even ask for our number or any contact info not even a "good day" or a "thanks for stopping by".Don't buy your car here. Go somewhere else.

Corey scheduled me very quickly and conveniently. He managed to get me a loaner while they had my only car in the shop for a few days to do some major warranty work and fix a couple other minor issues. Called me as promised, when promised and met me bright and early to trade cars. He also had my car cleaned and ready to go for me. This place has been true to their word every step of the way from the great sales process, through the service. I'll buy my next car here too. I recommend this place to anyone reading this. I think Heart just spelled their name wrong.

Again .. DO NOT BUY a car here or take your car for service. They will tell you to call or email to follow up with your concerns and not reply and make you leave messages. TERRIBLE place. Take your business elsewhere ... entitled rude managers and employees.

Victor is truly the best employee Harte Nissan has! He is knowledgeable and honest about the services my Rogue needs without being a "salesman". He has a very proactive vs reactive mentality. Any time I've had an issue outside of my normal maintenance he is prompt and quickly gets my vehicle in to the service center. I never have to question what's going on because he keeps me informed every step of the way. Fantastic individual and Nissan should be grateful to have someone like Victor to represent their brand.

I recently purchased a car from Harte Nissan and what should have been a straightforward process turned into an incredibly frustrating ordeal. I made things easy for the dealership by selecting a car and completing all necessary paperwork on a Saturday. They even allowed me to take the car with loaner plates once I was approved and the paperwork was signed. However, that's where the positive experience ended.It took an astonishing 4 weeks minus 4 days for me to receive my registration and plates, even though the tax payment should have been cleared by the following Monday. This unnecessary delay left me in a frustrating limbo, unable to fully enjoy my new car. What's worse, when I finally returned to the dealership to sort out the issue, another problem surfaced.The dealership claimed that the insurance card they had on file needed to match the date when I took the car. The catch? This information was already provided on the original documentation, the very same day I drove off the lot. Despite this, I was made to wait an additional two hours while they sorted out an issue that they should have had correct from the outset.Overall, my experience with Harte Nissan was beyond disappointing. Their lack of attention to detail, unnecessary delays, and failure to properly manage essential paperwork marred what should have been an exciting time. I cannot recommend Harte Nissan based on the countless inconveniences and frustrations I endured throughout this process. If you value your time and sanity, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for your automotive needs.

Beware!!! Misdiagnosed my car. Attempted to charge me $7,200 for a job that was only $400. The manager was rude , unprofessional and refused to give me details about diagnosis. Brought the cat to another Nissan dealership. Car was fixed for only $400. The worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I wouldn't even let them fix my bicycle.

Came in after inquiring about a titan they had on the lot. Had the pleasure of working with Dominic. He's a fantastic salesman, friendly and a great personality. Made the stress of buying a vehicle completely nonexistent. I love my new truck!
