The staff at this pharmacy are very very rude. They will yell at you and they do not mind to have you sitting for an hour. They will continue working on prescriptions that are not urgent and you will continue to sit. Go somewhere else if you want respectable treatment.

i was on hold for 50 minutes - i hung up because this is crazy that i have to be on hold for this long for the pharmacy, at one point the phone was ringing and i was ok finally - nope the call got picked up and then put thru back into the system again.

Awful they put me on hold for 20 minutes then go on the phone just to be told there closed this place is disgusting never again

very hard to find when your told by several people its 80 seymour and the guards are rude and not helpful when your new in the area. thinking twice about my care there, cant find the hospital pharmacy to get the medications and equipment i need and they dont give any other options and they wont mail what i need to me... but my health is important right?

The staff at HHC is phenomenal!! My son has many medical issues due to a motorcycle accident and the staff at this pharmacy has been more than helpful when it comes to filling scripts or keeping me informed of delays or prior authorizations that need to be done. I am so happy we chose this pharmacy. The only thing I don't like is the hours but I make it work. Thank you to all the friendly, helpful staff at HHC!!
