Charged extra for the rental car. I have returned the car before my drop off time. The lady took my keys and said am all set but when I returned home they have mentioned i have returned the car 5 hours after the drop off time and charged me for an extra day. This is scam being done at this weston street and also they have charged me 52$ for tolls for just one day and i didn’t even enter a toll road

Been here 3 times so far. Customer service has always been great. Feel in love with the first rental they gave me which was a big big up truck. Bronco not so much but for no fault of Hertz. Then I discovered they have rent to buy options. I like that I can tryout different cars to find the best fit for me. It seems like they have a decent variety of cars to pick from.

This is the most unprofessional establishment in the state of CT. The employees and managers don’t know Hertz policies and make up rules and regulations as they go. Both the manager and employee didn’t know what to say when I proved them wrong after trying to tell me I was wrong more than 3x over something they said was on the website, but really wasn’t. I had to play praise and worship in my AirPod and call out to Jesus to help me manage the anger they caused me. They were rude and careless. I ended up leaving with no car and wasted 2 hours & $25 on an uber.

Top tier scammers! Stay away from this location. I rented a car, which the car was dirty upon pick up, and process took 1.5 hours to complete. After having the rental for 2 weeks I needed to extend the rental but couldn’t get in contact with them for days. My insurance company called no answer. Called customer service on two separate occasions for help and customer service called and was also not able to get in contact with them. I even drove over to the location when they were suppose to be open and found the doors locked and the lights off. After I returned the rental, 28 days later, they rented the car out to someone else the next day (per the manager) and then claim that I caused damage to the vehicle. In the damage claim they submitted it had no pictures or actual evidence of the damage. Unfortunately, for them, the auto repair place where they picked the vehicle up at has video cameras and can provide proof that there was no damage to the vehicle when I dropped the car off there or when they picked up the car and drove away. The damage was clearly from someone working there at the location or the person that they rented the vehicle to the day after me. I don’t know why they’re trying to scam me or what their intentions are. Unless you wanna end up in a battle fighting about damages, I advise you to stay away from this location. They’re bad business all around. And I will be making a report on the BBB.

We were given an extremely filthy car, filled with another persons trash including an empty Buzz Ball, a pacifier, a comb, a bunch of change, food crumbs, and a lingering vomit stench. Plus, we were given the car with only 50 miles of gas left in the tank. This is NOT how you provide a rental car.

Will at the front desk was helpful with the initial check in for the reservation, but upon receiving the car 30 min later. We found a used baby's binky, spare change in the doors, trash in the doors and back seat, windshield covered in bugs and dirt, a gross film on the inside of the car, and the air conditioning smells like someone had vomited in the car previously. And to top it all off they gave us the car with an empty tank of gas. If possible, rent from anywhere else.

The worst experience so far. Staff are rude be quick to get upset if you have questions if you call and ask questions they get Annoyed and hang up on you. If you don’t like your job, then just quit. Is that simple find something better to do. I don’t recommend this location to nobody this place needs to be shut down unprofessional

Choose a different rental car company. Management tried to tell me my car wasn't available and it would cost an extra $150 for another rental car. I rented my car 6 weeks prior to picking it up. Then the EV had 20% battery so I immediately had to go charge it for an hour. Windshield wipers didn't work at all, useless in the rain. Failed at everything.
