I met with Christine Carroll at the Walmart location. A friend of mine referred me, because of there experience last year. Christine showed excellence customer service. Answered all questions and most importantly I was finished in less than a hour I think it took 30 mims. With that said I will be using Jackson Hewitt every year. Getting my taxes done in Walmart on Flatbush ave today was an amazing feeling the lady who helped me was great, fast and has great customer service she talked to you explained everything even gave explanations on why ? And who? , which you don’t get anywhere else . I will return next year .Thank you I will recommend people to come to Jackson Hewitt in Walmart in Hartford Flatbush ave to see this wonderful woman with great amazing customer service and kindness.
