I had an excellent experience at Lex Autos thanks to Ridi. He was by far the most helpful salesman I’ve ever worked with at a dealership. Even though I didn’t end up buying the vehicle, he went above and beyond to help me understand loan options, payment details, and the challenges that come with buying a business vehicle at 22. Ridi was clear, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me, not just making a sale. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit Lex Autos!

They scam customers, sold me a 2014 WRX with 84k miles. This car was sold modified and warranty voided the contract after the transmission blew. The dealer doesn’t want to help, they don’t want to work with me or meet me in the middle. It’s been sitting for 1 month now, and they don’t seem to care it will affect my credit score. They’re disregarding the car was sold Illegally under CT law and refuse to fix the issue. DO NOT purchase any vehicle here, unless you intend on destroying your hard earned credit score!

I will now buy all of my family members’ cars from Lex Autos! Great to have a dealership I can trust, 100%. I have purchased 2 cars from them so far and I must say that I’m nothing but impressed. They are not only professional and upfront, but they have legit amazing deals! They went above and beyond from alerting me personally to cars they were brining in, to assisting me in getting my car home before temp plates were allowed in MA. Their paperwork is immaculate and super organized. I highly recommend Lex Autos! You’ll always be in good hands.

They sell you lemon vehicles. I had a vehicle I bought from them about two years ago. My engine has a recall but Hyundai will not do anything until my engine goes. I have spent thousands on weekly oil changes, every 6 month spark plugs changes. Horrible experience now I’m stuck with contestant bills.
