Called ahead to make an appointment to have my taxes filed. The staff was very friendly. The manager also very helpful and knowledgeable about how my old tax preparer was not applying all my deductions that I could have been using. I’m so happy that I went here. Thank you and will be bringing you more clients too !!!

I feel like they don’t know enough and when you call to ask for information they give you the runaround. I spoke with the management at two different locations (which ended up being the same man) and was given no help or understanding when it came to me trying to get certified through them(Tax pro).I asked the manger since August of 2022 about classes and was told he didn’t know when the next time one would be then it lead to it being next year so I would have to wait just to wait and be told the classes started in a November of 2022

What I don't like is they are asking for unnecessary information that they don't need!! Especially when they asking for information about my daughter you do not need a childs last physical ! Or the child's proof of address! Going to Manchester! Way better !

Since today I still haven't got paid for my taxes, highly highly do not recommend no one to do their taxes in ANY Liberty Tax place.
