Everyone was kind. From the medical team that welcomed you in to the waiting area from the physical therapist. It’s a fun environment but they also work you to get better

I love Livefit I wish I would’ve known a long time ago about this physical therapy staff are amazing

Anywhere you go you have to advocate for yourself and Josh listened when I told him that I have a hypermobile body. This is a big deal when it comes to maintaining correct form, building strength, pain sensations and stretching.
