  THE WORST PLACE TO BUY PHONES, I PAID $500 FOR AN IPHONE AND WHEN I GOT TO MY HOUSE IT WAS REPORTED AS STOLEN, I RETURNED TO THE STORE AND THEY DIDN'T REFUND ME A CENT, MY NIECE BOUGHT AN ANDROID AND IT HAD VIRUSES AND THE SAME STORY, THEY ARE A BUNCH OFTHIEVES

  Had my phone sent here because it's a UPS access point after ordering it online but missed the UPS delivery. I called after I got notified both through T-Mobile and UPS that they delivered it to their front desk and left me their location. I don't know the woman's name but when I called and explained to her my phone was sent there and asked if she could please confirm that it was there before I drove over she said “Oh my god I don't have time to be looking for your phone right now I'm too busy, you need to come yourself and see if it's here”. After that I ended up driving over because I obviously had no other option and when I got there everyone there said they never got any phones in and even showed me their “shipment receiving chart” and said they would call if it ever showed up. I decided to call UPS themselves because I didn't trust the workers and UPS said their delivery driver delivered it at the exact time I was notified and said a Manuel received it. Currently UPS and both T-Mobile are starting an investigation to see how they magically didn't receive the $1,000 iPhone. I will be updating this review later on. I also posted this review on their “computer repair” location seeing as how it's the same building

  They sale phones with talk text data plans they fix computers phones laptops and computers etc now they have a zumba place on the back on the side.
