My father is nearly 60 and went to this store yesterday to replace a metro pcs a phone as he lost his, he said they were "really nice people" .... There's nothing "nice" about what they sold him they straight up ripped him off.
they charged him just under $200 for a 32gig memory phone, including a case and screen protector, Using his "upgrade option" from the 128 gig I bought him.... For under $100 . . With case and screen protector.... We're returning it today. That's the worst possible phone they could have given him , he won't even be able to take a photo without having to delete something else within a week....

The young ladie named Rechel (sorry if I misspelled) deserves a raise point blank period . No matter how full the store is she provides the same energy and passion needed to assist each and everyone and go above and beyond to make sure each and every customer leaves store with the upmost level of satisfaction.... First of all, the ladies who helped me were up eat, kind, and hilarious. Not only that, but they were able to help me get in and out of the store in record time. Absolutely amazing!!! This metro is my new metro go to!
