I went to maple Ave store the manager name Mari was very rude n didn't want to help me with my problem I have to called customer service so they can help me I don't know why she's working there if she can't help the costumers she's very disrespectful

Customer service sucks at the maple street location the "manager" has a very bad attitute and lijes to take advantage of people she sold and internet box to my mom which the cable was broke she said she order another one it has been 2 weeks they are already charging my mom internet service which she dont have because they havent gotten the cable back and the so call manager refuses to replace the box or give my mom her money back so i will be calling the corporate office people like this shouldnt manage anything

They offered me something different than what they billed. Their Manager had poor service, but the customer service on the phone was excellent, they gave me a solution.

This store is fantastic! I went in there today to have my unsuccessful eSim corrected and activated that customer service tried to activate, but customer service sent me to a store. The young man and lady in there this afternoon went above and beyond to fix my issue and did a grest job. Very highly recommend store !

Discriminatory behavior on the part of the saleswomen because they do not speak Spanish and you can tell how Latin they are, I would not recommend this site at all, very rude.
