“Above 5 Star service. With our local store having closed, we called a store 90 miles away to help with a needed repair (after 9+ years of near-constant usage) on a zero gravity chair. Jesse Hogan sprung into action; he called the manufacturer, and is well on the way to solving our problem. He has been informing us of every step in the process. I did not think customer care responsiveness like that does not exist anymore. Cannot recommend this store more.”

“Quick to respond to any service we need on our computersOur experience with Compu-Tech, Inc. has been very good. We usually call them when we are in need of repairs or servicing on our computers here in the office. Their communication over the phone is excellent. They are very quick to respond. They usually send the first person available first thing in the morning. I have never been down out of service due to neglect on their part. They've always been right on the ball. There are couple of different technicians that come to do the work. Depending on the type of problem, the time it takes them to fix something varies, but they always let us know whether it's going to take a while or be a quick fix. They're all very good. I have had no problems, and I can confidently recommend their services. Hopefully, they will do the same good work for you, which I am sure they will deliver on.”

“They have integrity at Robert's. I took my desktop laser printer there because it kept jamming. Instead of charging me a lot of money, they took time to explain to me what I needed to buy (a drum) and how to install it myself. When I got the drum, I had more questions. Again, they took the time to explain to me over the phone exactly what to do. All this time and they charged me nothing! And they were kind; not condescending. I would be definitely go there and actually spend money for their superior service if I need it. Because they're trustworthy, pleasant, honest, etc. Their business is bigger machines, but they didn't mind helping me out. They know their stuff.”
