I don’t think it is ok that Quest hides that patients with insurance can be billed later. I think that asking for payment upfront is scammy.

The female phlebotomist that took my blood sample was by far the most professional, efficient (Took me in for visit ahead of schedule), careful & outgoing I've ever had the pleasure of taking my blood. She should be promoted to being the manager of the 85 Seymour Street location! 👍
