Brought my toddler for lab work. They treated us well and did a super job at getting her blood work. They were friendly professional and knowledgeable. Totally recommend

I drove about half an hour to this location knowing it was in the Children's Hospital and would have experience with kids. My two both needed blood drawn for the first time and were understandably nervous.
The two phlebotomists were amazing. They quickly assessed that my youngest was fine on his own with a little explanation of what was going on, he was proud of himself.
My oldest, on the other hand, had a complete breakdown in the chair. Both women were calm and patient with both her and I during the whole situation and completely took my lead on continuing knowing it needed to be done. In the end, my girl admitted it wasn't any worse than getting her ears pierced and she was sorry for throwing such a fit.
When I hady turn, I hardly felt it at all. Definitely top 10 for skill.
Not a word was said by the amazing professionals about the disaster and we will absolutely go back the next time we need testing.

Because I feel like your workers at c. MC don't want to do no work. I've set an alarm for 10 minutes and I was the only person there and then I get in the back and I sit back there for about 15 to 20 minutes for them. To tell me, my son was too young for blood work that was ordered. Never heard of that before went back to his. Doctor and she told me that there's no such thing as a kid.Being too young for blood work yawning to shut your office down. That's inside of CCM c.You're employees there.Don't like to work. That's not the first bad experience.I had with you all

My 25 year old son who has autism & epilepsy had bloodwork and 2 MRI's under sedation at CCMC on 9/15/22 and the hospital and their departments have refused to give us or his doctors the MRI and bloodwork results. We have furnished the Guardianship documents and we are still waiting. This is totally unacceptable and we need Connor Spino's test results ASAP!!!! Angela Klonoski

Wrong address. No signs. Due to “unbelievably high call volume”, you can’t speak to anybody in the office. After your kafkaesque journey, you enter a waiting room with 3 chairs in it, and no attendant. You are instead received by a tablet that tells you that you are in the wrong place. On a large screen, your ETA creeps up and up and up. It’s like the DMV, but for blood work. Go somewhere else. This one sucks. Quest diagnostics: get some signs. Pay someone to receive patients. VERY cursed place.

This is the only Quest center that I have seen that has a self check-in machine which definitely made the front desk look very deserted. After you complete your check-in, your wait time shows up on the television screen which I thought was very neat. Overall a good experience and friendly staff.
