I went there to purchase a couple things that I needed and for some reason every time this cashier puts a different price in your item when the register ring another price and The look that he gives you like if he is constipated that he knows he can't say anything

I recently went there and had to do a few transactions. tell me why they basically tried to tell me how to pay for the items that I had to purchase I was asked from a Newbie employee of the store what was the difference. wow so I therefore broke it down to the guy and said one of purchases isn't mines I'm buying for other ppl also the nerve of his employees there. Mind you there's alot of older customers that still go there to their reasons weather it be to buy gas for their car or to get a cold one.

Convenient and some of the cashiers are nice but 3 of them seem to always have attitude and are rude. Those specific three are always having some argument with customers when I come there. Never fails.
Also, when items don't ring up, they start guessing what price to give to the item, instead of going to check another one. So, I’ll have to go to a different one. All set with this one.

I brought my older handicap brother here. This was on may 5, 2023 at around 4:30 in the afternoon. The man that was working was amazing. He helped my brother, He came to the door to let me know We could pump gas and let my brother take his time getting back out. He was great that he treated him so respectfully, it was very impressive. Thank-You to the gentleman that was working. You are an amazing person.

As a longtime resident of Hartford's west end, I have to say that it took years for me to realize just how good this store really is. There is no supermarket in the west end, and finding a fresh loaf of a recognizable brand of bread can be a real challenge. At this store, they consistently maintain a fairly large selection of various Freihofer's, Sara Lee, and other brands of bread. A good selection of canned goods is offered, with standard convenience store-pricing. Packaged cold cuts, bacon, cheese and other dairy items, lots of snack foods, snack cakes, household items, and a good-sized assortment of frozen foods are also sold at this store. The convenience of being able to purchase gasoline, newspapers, cigarettes, and lottery tickets makes this store an excellent one-stop shop. After years of not being able to purchase basic items at other west end stores, it's a pleasure to shop here. Other highlights include a tire air-pump, an entire small freezer filled with Ben & Jerry's ice cream, and friendly employees.
