This is one of two grocery stores in the North end of Hartford CT, which is a low income area, the only reason I see is the fault. Why is that, please can someone explain this to the people.

Save A Lot is open Monday-Sunday 8am-10pm. The only locations left are in Hartford Hamden Bridgeport and Waterbury.
