Sea Tea Comedy Theater is a hidden gem in Hartford, offering an entertaining and affordable night out. The friendly staff and talented actors create a cozy and intimate space for improv comedy shows. Tickets are reasonably priced at $10, and the venue offers a decent selection of beers and snacks. Audience participation is encouraged, similar to the popular TV show "Who's Line Is It Anyway." While parking can be a hassle in the downtown area, the overall experience is well worth the visit. Visitors of all ages have reported having a great time, with one reviewer's 18-year-old nephew being "in stitches the whole time." Whether it's a classic Christmas story or open improv drop-in, Sea Tea Comedy Theater provides a fun and inclusive atmosphere for a night of laughter and camaraderie.
This place is a hidden GEM. The staff and actors were very friendly and hilarious, and this was well worth the $10 tickets and cheap drinks. Definitely stop by if you’re free on a Friday or Saturday night in Hartford and you won’t regret it!

I was visiting the city with my wife and watched an improv of the classic Christmas story. I only watched improv online so seeing it live was cool. Overall in this cozy and intimate space, I had a good time.
I have no qualms.

Always a fun night of watching improve.
They always try and get the audience involved asking for requests, just like they do on "Who's line is it Anyway".
