Don’t order from them. They shipped an expensive hat in a plastic bag and when we opened it, it was soaking wet. Tried to return it and they want me to pay for shipping.

1. None of the numbers for any of your stores works, 2. Because none of your numbers works, I visited 4 of your stores in one day, and out of all 4 only 1 staff person (in your Manchester location) greeted me when I walked in. As for the rest, they all seemed to have been huddled in a circle discussing other things….after standing there for a few minutes one of them MIGHT look up and asked if I need help. Uhhh, YEAH that’s why I’m here!! Customer service is poor 👎🏾. Employ people who actually WANTS to work!

They do it very poorly! The employees are more interested in socializing than serving customers. There were three people, and none of them wanted to help me when I asked for a size. Very bad.

Recently purchased a pair of sneakers from here and had one of the best shoe store experiences ever.. these guys/ladies were attentive, answered all of my questions, and provided excellent service

This use to be my favorite store now it’s just one employee who always seem to NOT like his job and I refuse to spend another dollar in this particular store BUT as far as the ladies that work at this location I commend them because they always have a smile and always eager to help service the customers at the drop of a dime no matter if the store is about to close or not.

Customer service is lacking & they don’t really have any good sneakers at this location & the sales are hardly a sale just actually what the sneaker should cost based on how they look imo. I prefer other locations over this one.
