What a shame. I wrote to this business based on reviews read here and received a response email the next day to set-up a meeting either in person or over video conferencing to discuss my accounting needs. I responded the very same day but have yet to hear back, and the initial time proposed has now come and gone. I feel a touch wrong leaving a bad review for a small business in my city over something as menial as a non-response, but if your business wants my business and can't even get the customer service portion of responding to an email right...that's just not a good start.

Terrible the worst place to ever get your taxes done I gave this place my paperwork almost a month ago to still have nothing done I took my taxes else where

I would rate my experience at Sunrise Accounting as excellent...service and friendliness is just perfect. Miguel and his staff are very professional and prompt about keeping their appointments. I completely trust sunrise with all my tax needs, they are by far the place to go!

We tried out Sunrise for the 1st time after using H&R block for years. So glad we made the transition. We always felt like our taxes were complicated but Miguel made it so simple. He was quick and efficient. We will definitely be using him going forward for our personal and business taxes.
