they were great starting out. And they are certainly better than Xfinity mobile, which I do not recommend at all. but they keep increasing their price for the 55 and over group. I think there's a real problem with the company the service has gotten worse although I still keep the basic service going for 55 and over because I need a back up phone it's kind of interesting that I think because of data breaches. We all need a back up phone . Someplace to make it work if the unthinkable happens and a phone crashes. Do not get a Samsung galaxy they crash! I had three of them crash on me from 2019 through 2021 fortunately taken care of through the insurance but - - if you get an android phone you get what you pay for. Xfinity, mobile may be crap service and poor Customer service, but at least I have an iPhone, and the AppleCare support for the iPhone and MacBook are far away better than any other support service for technology with the exception of paying for someone to help you privately. Beware of android and just watch T-Mobile's prices and keep after their Customer service don't let them get away with not giving you proper service. I found that I had to be a little bit pushy with T-Mobile but most of the time they came through. Xfinity is lousy service. Absolutely horrible. Just to activate a phone it took three months I was not able to use the phone for three months and then November December 2023 into jan 2024 I was not able to use my Xfinity email because of a data breach-- so beware of Xfinity and Xfinity should start thinking about providing actual customer service-- because consumers are going to start showing up at their doorstep in droves.

I had a phone crisis today! I had received no respect with the customer service department on the phone. The crew at this store gave me all the right stuff - knowledge, time and honesty. I bought a phone from this store without hesitation.They transferred all my data over carefully and thoroughly. Thank you for putting my worries to rest. My new phone is working like a charm.

Ashley is a great worker she always takes the time out to help the customers with everything which is why this is the best t mobile to go .the team give us customers their best warm welcome as soon and I just love the company way better because they pay attention to the small thing so go visitT-Mobile store on Main Street in Hartford Connecticut and you will not be discouraged The customers and the workers are great. It’s a great experience.

Walked in to get a new phone. They talked me into changing my plan. They promised it was a better plan for way cheaper. Only to get my bill and find out that it's not cheaper at all. And then when I went to try and change back to my old plan I couldn't.....underhanded

I bought a sim card at this shop. The Shop person is not great in providing service. They do not even give any deal for buying the mobile along with a plan. Overall bad experience

Before I even walked to the door 3 of the you of the people working there roll their eyes and said not another one. When we walked through the door I was greeted with "what do you want?" My experience with this T-Mobile store is it needs a whole new staff upgrade. And new customer satisfaction training.

Went there to pay my phone bill, there was a couple of customers that had issues with apps!! Not there phone had the problem. I was told by a t mobile representative I have to wait until they finish with the customers before they can take my payment for my phone bill. I waited over 30 minutes later got upset and walked out with out paying my bill in the store. Representative there don't know how to multi-task they are extremely slow!! Don't go to that store if you have limited time, you will be there 4 ever, even if there only 2 customers inside.
