Based on the reviews, TopKat Super Laundromat is a family-owned business under new management focused on excellent customer service at great prices. The washers require a $2 card with money added, while the dryers are free, needing only the card for minutes. The laundromat is very clean. The manager is an awesome lady always willing to help everyone, and the night crew are good, hard, devoted working people. One attendant was very helpful, teaching customers how to use the machines and watching clothes to prevent theft. Another employee was polite and extremely helpful, ensuring a large comforter didn’t burn. However, one visit had an attendant who was very unprofessional and seemed doped up, taking 30 minutes to acknowledge customers. The business thrives on feedback to continually improve and correct any problems.

I'm super happy that the place is open 24 hours 7 days a week, however, these prices is outrageous. Outrageous. I paid $30 for one big machine. Wow, but you know overall you know it's it's decent laundromat.

The lady that worked in the morning today was very helpful today and nice I appreciate that a lot .

I like how clean is the machines and the the whole Laundromat also the lady named Eve is very nice with the customer
