made a reservation 2 weeks ago to set up my bike rack installation and today I drive there told me nobody works and your appointment was canceled. I did not get any notice or phone call！ waste 40 minute to drive and have to book another location for another 2 weeks

I reserved equipment in February for September and was a complete nightmare the day of pickup with how long and where I was picking up equipment. Had to go an hour to get and drop off. Not nice.

This is a giantic U-Haul facility. It's clean and neat.
There is a clean bathroom here.
A worker who was helping seemed a little irritated at the beginning. She was eating when we approached the desk. We did say that we weren't in a rush and asked to please finish eating, but she decided to take care of us first.
Overall, it was a normal experience.

First of all, whoever used this before me Cleary smoked weed because there was bud and ash all over. Just annoying because I had to clean up someone else’s mess to make sure I wasn’t held accountable for it.
Second, the 24/7 service is not as reliable as it once was. It used to take quite literally, minutes to get your truck. Now, you have to upload your documents and then wait for some remote agent to review them and approve you. I was standing in the parking lot staring at my phone for 45 mins. When I went inside the girl inside said “sorry, can’t help you” and suggested I waited for the phone. Thaaaaanks

renting the large enclosed trailer was easy peasy... they hooked it to my truck and away i went.. i thought I was giving 5 stars until i got to my destination and realized they rented me a trailer that was missing the jack completely!!! so i was screwed!! i had to locate a auto parts store and purchase a $100 hydraulic floor jack.... very ?

They are very rude ..... the CSA was too busy chatting on the phone while there's a customer waiting to be attended to......sorry about this'll but that is how I felt.

I was told my mother’s items were going to be auctioned, we called and showed up several times! The lady who answers the phone claims to no nothing! When we call corporate they say are things were auctioned off BUT WHERE WHEN WE COULDNT GET ANY INFORMATION! Unprofessional and thieves! I suggest not renting from this location!
