One star, as it is intended to be by the city. Filthy parking lots, filthy stores, and no... not the fault of customers. It is the fault of the town managers. As in all Black communities, they want people to think we cause this filth and disorder, when actually, the owners don't maintain, because they don't have to. They could be fined, but the town doesn't bother. Let them shop in filth and disarray or come to white towns and spend their money. Underhanded racism. Funny, only the Puerto Ricans can run successful businesses in the north end. By the way, I do like the laundry mat but the lot is too filthy.
