This post office location is basically just a passport center. Every time I come in here I have to wait 10-20 minutes just to do regular/quick postal activities because all the workers are stuck dealing with a dozen or more people doing various passport services that take 5-10 minutes for each customer. There is no reason for all the postal workers to be doing that at one time and not helping people with regular postal service needs. Nor is there a reason to allow so many passport appointments at once that the tiny lobby is filled with 25+ people all crowded together like sardines. This is a very avoidable problem with better management and planning to coordinate all of the services offered here. The one nice thing I can say is that the people working at the counter are always very friendly. But that really doesn’t matter when you’re unnecessarily stuck standing there for 20 minutes. Just go someone else if you have any real postal needs because this location seems to only cater to passport services.

I was expecting a package yesterday, carrier said he couldn't get access to the location because I live in a gated community,which is a lie, second he said he came at 7:41 Another lie because i have a camera that shows the whole street,they never attempted to come, now my package is back at the post office,can't pick it up,just have to wait for redelivery, hopefully it comes

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the abysmal customer service at my local post office, and let me tell you, it was a nightmare. Not only were the employees rude and dismissive, but they also showed a blatant disregard for assisting local businesses. It's appalling how they treat their customers, especially those trying to support the community. Avoid this post office at all costs unless you enjoy being treated with utter disrespect and disdain. My Pizza business has spent over $4500 on making flyers so that they can distribute them among the 06112 area every time I went into this post office the manager and supervisor was never available and the employees were of no help. I am still waiting for some action, going to call corporate and make a huge complaint about this and get my money back. It’s extremely unfortunate and extremely unprofessional. One employee saw the box in the back office one day the next day I come to make sure that they have been distributed they told me to my face that they don’t see it anymore and nothing ever went out filing a huge complaint to get this resolved, but they should really take care of their customers especially when they’re spending thousands of dollars.

Literally the worst postal location I have ever received mail from. Have lost my most expensive packages twice! Then defer me to customer affairs to regain my items. These people are federal workers and utterly incompetent. The most disgusting customer service down to the inability to follow their routes and read housing numbers. Miserable! I wish there was an option to not receive mail with them. This is why people want USPS shut down. Incompetent!

They never attempt to deliver any of packages, and whenever I have to go in to pickup the lines are always extending to the door because there’s only 1 person at the table and no one get’s their package at their house.

This Post office location is ok at times, but it isn't ran properly cause whenever there are long lines, there's only one person handling everything and on person handling only the passports, and when I'm only there to pick up a package, they hardly have the pickup window open, I don't have a problem with the staff, they are all nice, but they need to work on opening more registers open when there are long lines
