Refused to deliver my package, went in later after getting the note to pick it up. Refused to allow me to pick up. If you aren't going to deliver or allow people to pick up then why are you here USPS?

How can you have signs saying you close at 1:30 and then when people are here well before that time… you’re closed??? 4 people just stood here like what the heck because we couldn’t get in one by one

I arrived to leave a package at 4:30 and they didn't help me. It was already closed and according to this United closes at 5 pm

The people here have always been nice, but this place is so inconvenient. Only 3 parking spots, one of which is Handicapped Parking, and the PO doesn't open 'til 9:30.

The worst place to go only has 3 parking spaces or at least that is what is visible. They enter at 9:30 at 2. Apparently they take a break and close the place so if I lose my packages I won't come back.

To the person who decided to steal my husband's wallet from the right hand counter infront of the clerk, thank you. I am never taking any business to this location. I don't even care about the cash, you could've at least given the cashless wallet to the clerk instead of taking all our id's which we needed for a trip we had out of the country. We took all avenues and made the needed calls, to try to figure out who could've taken it but got no help. So again, thank you for opening our eyes and ruining our day.

I've lost packages here and I paid for ground advantage shipping for majority of my packages for customers, just for the packages stay there for days prior to being shipped. Lost/spend so much money because of this. I've received negative feedback/refund customers because of their mistakes and unprofessionalism. I've also called the internal affairs team. NO LUCK! NO ANSWER! Just go to Weston St if you live in Hartford.

Miguel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He took the time to assess what I was shipping and directed me to the appropriate packaging so I didn’t end up overpaying. He saved me a ton of $$$. Excellent customer service!

would give this dump half a star if possible. worst post office in connecticut and possibly the entire united states. avoid avoid avoid. verbally aggressive and impatient staff with absolute zero customer service skills and just manners in general, who will straight up shout and belittle you in front of other customers before you can even get a word out to ask a simple question. god forbid you have more then one question to ask.

This has to be the worst post office I've ever stepped foot in. I don't generally go here, but if I'm passing through, and I need something they offer, I'll stop by. Even just "stopping by" is almost impossible, there is nowhere to park, ever. I go here for post office type of services, very basic, like buying stamps or mailing out a package or letter. The clerk is always grumpy, moody, lacking common manners, and simply unpleasant, even when it's not at all busy. I will not go here again.
