In this age of home delivery for everything... I found myself in need of a post office. I had Christmas presents that I wanted to send the old-fashioned way.
The two employees at the Maple Avenue brach were both busy, but both seemed friendly and helpful, and the line moved quickly.
This is only my second or third time at this post office, but I have not experienced a problem so far.

USPS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE WHEN IT COMES ON TO DELIVERING PACKAGES!!! CLEARLY THEY DON’T WANNA DELIVER ANYTHING!!! BUT SEND ME STUPID NOTIFICATIONS ABOUT THEY MADE AN ATTEMPT TO DELIVER BUT COULDN’T.

I got there at 4:57 and the door was locked. The ladies at the counter looked up at me knocking on the window, looked back down and continued doing what they were doing.

If i can rate this 0 stars i would. They close at 5pm. I get there at 4:52 and they have the doors locked with people inside that are being assisted. If you close at 4:52, then the hours on she door should say that. But they don’t. It says 5:00pm.

Jackie is extremely helpful at this post office. My mail was getting forwarded from Stamford, CT to Hartford, CT when it shouldn’t have been. After 2 weeks of getting no help, Jackie helped me and was able to recover the missing mail and mail it to me personally. I appreciate her help so much and hope everyone gets to experience the customer service that Jackie provided me.

This post is completely from what I can tell full of lazy employees I have tried 2 days in a row to pick up a package before 5p.m. I get there at 4:52 -4:50 and they lock there doors to prevent people from dropping off or picking up mail

I got at the post office at 4:55 pm today and they closed the door indicating it was 5pm. It was not. All clocks times are the same. Bad service

They supposed to pick up my package and they never did. Same day I got message the package successfully picked up and completed so stupid.

I came in to ask for APO custom slips. No one in the place but me and one other customer being helped. I'm in line with other clerk and asked for said slips.Out of nowhere, the other clerk who I assume was someone of management loudly exclaims that if I'm sending that many packages, that I need to take my business to another office because they don't have time to do it.All I needed were the slips. What, where and when I do my shipping is my business. That person needs to get an attitude adjustment. If you aren't happy where you are in your job, it shouldn't transfer over to the customers. Very rude.

I go today to send one box to P.R. and the Post Master was so discusting, bad costumer service and also i do the line 2 times needlessly, one for ask him for the box i need and then the line again for do the proccess. This is so discusting and always when i get there is the same thing. Can someone do something? Or just USPS dont care?
