Sent a certified mail and it keeps going to the loop ,it's been more than 10days,it is supposed to go to the right destination but they keep sending to the origin of the mail,seriously?

The most unpleasant postal service experience I have ever had in my entire life. Went to the post office on 4/25 to get my passport done and I had an appointment, with all that the clerk Melissa gonna tell me I have to wait until everyone one in the line, including those who came after me, and just walking through the door is served before I can get my passport service done. I had to wait until when the whole post office was empty before I could get through. When I asked why required a person to book an appointment if they have to join the line and on top of that wait until the whole post office is empty before they can get there passport services done, Melissa the clerk responsible for the service gonna let me know that is the policy and if I don’t like it I should take it up to corporate. What disrespectful, unprofessional behavior. Then when I asked to speak to the manager she refused to get the manager.

It was not a good experience working with the lady at the counter. She hastily printed the stamp without asking what do I need. When I asked later she started raising eyebrows that it’s my mistake as she didn’t know how to redo it. Superintendent came and advised her how to do it again and finally able to send my package.

The service fell off in the past few years. From the customer service counter agents not being able to find coverage for breaks, packages not being placed in the correct mail (even with clear labeling) and or no clear direction with signage for the lobby to alleviate stress or unwanted behavior from customers or staff.
Additionally, There are a few staff members who are working hard however that work is defeated when the majority of the staff is not prepared/equipped or supported enough to get the work flow done.
In closing, as an experienced professional if the operations component becomes a focus again in this location to help with the front end the business flow would improve. Otherwise with the issues mentioned above, mailbox owners and walk-in customers will continue to experience service that is below poor.

This is the largest post office in the area. I enjoy coming to this location because there is a self-service machine for routine/simple purchases, so I can bypass the line. I also like appreciate having the mailboxes around the rotary to drop mail off without leaving my car.

Sent a package out to my daughter with a note saying sorry that this didn't reach you by Christmas. It was supposed to arrive by the 27th of December, my daughter received it on the 23rd. Outstanding service.

Black girl with curly hair was on her phone I was standing right in front of her and she was glued to her phone very rude. How are they allowed to have their phones out . Worst service very rude and gave me a hard time.

Idiots. First they lost track of a REGISTERED MAIL piece for me; when I went down there, they couldn't find it--or didn't try. I finally got it, a month late. Yesterday a package for me (in Mass.) from Iowa got as far as Hartford and you morons sent it to CALIFORNIA. Too bad you can't all be fired.

The mail man is constantly placing mail in the wrong mailboxes on purpose and no one is mentioning this until now. Its tiring not getting your mail because some inconsiderate Awipe places mail where they feel like?

Gave me a hard time when trying to collect packages from the PO Box that I pay for. Lady told me she "had to go find someone" and "wasn't sure if we did that here" ???? Anyway I had to wait like five minutes more only for her to come back and tell me that someone was on lunch and do I want to wait? No. I want my packages??? She refused to get them for me and took the slips from me so I better not have a hard time picking them up next time I go. Absolute foolishness. She refused to even look for my packages. Great way to treat a paying customer. No worries, I won't be renewing my box next time it comes up.
