there is an employee named Carlos Medina in the pharmacy that is extremely abusive and rude to patients and customers. There have been several complaints made to manager Ted and Arthur with no resolution I do not feel safe coming to a pharmacy where employees treat people that way.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Walgreens pharmacy is a joke I waited for formula for my baby for over a month. My baby woulda died of starvation if I listen to the numerous employees that work here. Starting in October week after week (5 weeks to be exact) I was told my order was placed there truck comes on Monday and some how my prescription for baby formula never came outta 12 cans I got three can the third week of October . I asked at that second week if I should change pharmacy’s mind you this is the second Walgreens pharmacy I changed my baby’s formula too. So this whole time I had to get formula outta my pocket because wic dosent cover alimentum so I have to go the my baby’s insurance after the second week I continued to call every week to see if they had the formula and it still hasn’t arrived on there truck so I then I started to worry I would lose out on that months formula they told me to to worry about it that I had a 2 year prescription but I made it very clear that I did not want to lose out on my month of OCTOBER my 1st month worth of formula like if it rolls over or if I lose out on the formula and I asked about this twice cause this is only thing my baby can eat! They countinurd to reassure me that I would not lose out on my month’s formula and that my order should be there Monday. November come and still no milk it’s almost the middle of November and I give up switch my prescription completely outta Walgreens to a completely different pharmacy and get my prescription in 3 days. I then asked if the included the formula from the first month of my prescription and I’m told they can’t back charge my insurance that I lose the formula. Exactly what I did not want to happen. So I call Walgreens and ask why did you say my prescription rolls over they say it dose and because i switched my prescription to a hospital pharmacy that they work different I still can get the formula for my first month I have been calling about every week or two since the middle of November 2024 for the 9 cans owed from the month of October when my prescription first started still no formula called thru out December still no formula and I’m still making sure it’s the formula from October when my prescription first started. Walgreens still reassured me yes the 9 cans from October to November. It’s now January 2025 I call today and I’m told they do not back date on formula I can get the formula for this month but I lost on the formula. I can’t believe they have been dragging me around for baby formula like what is Walgreens problem with ordering a prescription and why dose every employee have a different story are they not trained correctly. Obviously not. I really liked the convience of Walgreens but you just unconvinced me of like $400 on formula and if I would kept waiting who knows how much more. I’m a manger at a restaurant and If I DO NOT know something I just get the boss. I can’t begin to believe that this is a pharmacy that should be helping improve patients lives is just where sick people and baby’s put there health and wellbeing at risk.

Pharmacist are very slow.would let you wait longer than usual for your prescription to be filled I went to pick up my insulin.they said 30 min.aftee waiting 9_8 hours they said they only got partial which is one pen out of 3 boxes those ppl are slow that's what the pharmacy said we are slow quote you are dealing with sick ppl you can't be slow like they got the medicine.theyre deciding if they should give it to you or someone else that's how I feel to me management is bad at Walgreens pharmacy

Walgreen's used most of the former Rite-Aid stores Walgreen's on Albany Avenue is using Rite-Aids old hours the pharmacy is open Monday-Friday 8am-8pm Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday 10am-6pm and the store is open Monday-Friday 8am-8pm Saturday & Sunday 8am-6pm.
