I placed 2 photo orders for pick up around 7:45pm and received an email that they were ready for pick up at 10:52pm. I arrive to the store around 12:20am which is empty by the way and head to the photo counter and press the button for assistance. An employee walks over, looks a little confused then tells me he's gonna grab the manager because it's his first day on the job I'm like sure no problem I totally get it. So called "manager" continues to carry his conversation with the security guard for a good 10-15 minutes before finally walking over and doesn't even greet me just asks for my last name and phone number. I'm like whatever I just want my photos and get the heck out of this ratchet Walgreens. Next thing I know security is following me to my car asking if I purchased the photos because the rude employee (with no name tag) told him I walked out without paying. I PURCHASED THEM ONLINE WITH A LITERAL RECIEPT ATTATCHED TO THE PHOTOS. I will NEVERRRRR return to this ghetto store. Security guard was nice about it at least. but overall TRASH SERVICE!!!

They are very quick to judge and discriminate everyone and treat you in accordance to how they perceived you. This is not only unprofessional but wrong on many levels. It starts with the security guard at the front, sometimes they are real cool and as long as your cool with them there is no issue. However there have been a few times that as soon as someone walks in that they don't like, they treat that person awfully. I understand they have a job to do however making customers whom don't and have never stolen uncomfortable all while other people are walking out with stolen goods. Yes, I have actually witnessed this and I hate to say it but it is always the younger white adults and sometimes random other races but always with certain people and that is not ok. My husband and I have been harassed many times for no reason, hardly walked in other than the ATM and my husband had a sweatshirt on with a drunk bought down the street and was harassed although he didn't have time while being watched and had receipt for it. Also, majority of people are cool but this one female employee has disrespected me and I've seen her constantly be disrespectful to other customers and her manager allows it and while bringing up her disrespectful and unprofessional behavior the manager always allows her to continue and laugh at the customer she upset. She has yelled across store to customers rudely, called me and other customers names consistently without personally knowing them. Slandering customers for no reason except maybe because she doesn't want to do any work or move away from flirting with other employees so when a customer needs help she yells and disrespectful calling people fat, stupid, fiends, poor .. I've heard it all out her mouth yet she continues to get paid to stand around flirting with those who are not interested in her bad attitude. It disgusting how she acts and actually allowed to. Don't know her name but she is younger, dark greased up hair stuck to her forehead, chubby with dark black eyes like the devil. You can't miss her awful attitude and loud mouth and I honestly can't understand how she still has a job acting like that.

Called to see if they have a product on shelf. Can't even tell me if they have it or not over the phone. He said, "I can't right now". He worked on 8/7/22 at 4:19pm. Staff is unprofessional and disrespectful.

I went to the Hartford Walgreens for a covid test. I scheduled my test for 4:00 o'clock on their website. The test is done through their drive-through. First, the intersection to get to this Walgreens is just awful, I know it's not the store's fault. But traffic is awful here if it's around after work hours. I pulled to the drive through and made it to the window just a few minutes before my scheduled time. I told the pharmacist I came for my scheduled covid test. Well guess what? He just walked away from the window. Not ok. I figured he just went to get my test. Well I waited and waited at the window without anyone saying anything to me about why I'm waiting. I waited for 20 long minutes. I'm sorry to all the cars behind me. Finally he came back with my test, I got no explanation or an apology for waiting this long at the window. Maybe the pharmacist is new, and doesn't know how to do things, maybe they're just not organized, I'm not sure what the problem is, but this is unacceptable. I will not go to this location again, there are plenty of Walgreens that know how to do their job and communicate with customers.

Pharmacy, Horrible, Horrible customer service, along with the Pharmarcist. Non-chalant attitude. Can careless of any complaints. I had to give a 'star' to make this post. Chose another Walgreens for your prescriptions. This one is not it!
