I dropped off 2 pairs of frames & only came home with one because they “lost” my other frames. I’ve come here in the past & they have cracked my glasses twice. The customer service is great, but I will never waste my time here again.

The old doctor and staff were great. But the new doctor and staff they have now are horrible. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend.
