Both bands put on a great show! Sitting on the lawn brought back a lot of memories of show past. Such good times at this venue.

Over Priced and outdated music venue. They should build an Amphitheater in its place.

The absolute worst venue of the 100s I've been to because of the parking. Their lot will fill up and you will have to find parking somewhere in town. Could be a mile away could be a few miles away. Then youâll have to pray your car will still be there when you get back and not get towed. Parking situation will cause you to miss your event if youâre not careful. They need three more parking lots. So plan an extra 90 minutes to deal with their abhorrent parking situation and also plan an extra hour on your commute based off of what GPS says. It took me an hour to make it to the venue a few miles off the highway. Extreme poor local traffic management.

The sight lines in the place a terrible. I paid $90 retail for tickets and was seated far to the right, in the lower bowl. My view was obstructed by a lighting tower and curtains around the sound equipment, that were both on the stage. None of the TV screens were visible from my seat.
I've sat on the lawn in the past, and you can't see the stage at all from many spots on the lawn. So, unless you get tickets in the center section of the lower bowl, expect that you won't be able to see everything.
A beer costs almost $20, and $12 for a dried out pretzel.

Shell amphitheater in an urban setting. Getting there was rough - lots of traffic. So much so - we left the concert early so we wouldnt sit in it on the way out.

What a nightmare! For a popular venue that hold 30,000 people, they do a remarkably terrible job with traffic and parking. My young adult and teen kids drove themselves to a concert there, got to Hartford an hour before showtime and then sat in traffic for almost 2 hours trying to find parking. They ended up missing two entire acts and only my youngest got into the venue to see the headliner band because my older one couldn't ever find a place to park. She said every lot was either full or blocked off and there were no security or others or even signage helping people find parking. Very disappointed in Xfinity and will definitely not be returning for other events there!

I went to the Xfinity Theatre for the first time on June 29th to see Janet Jackson. It was a great show. It was a very nice venue. I really liked the setup of it and how spacious it was. I came back a week later on July 6th for an Alanis Morissette concert. I had a great experience. Again very spacious place and very nice venue. Far drive but thatâs okay. Would definitely come again.

We drove here from Eastern MA, when we found the ticket prices in Boston were 3x more for Blink 182. I loved the amount of merch/food/beer vendors. I never had to wait more than 3 mins. The food trucks were great too!! Plenty of seating and bathrooms. Very clean and everyone was so nice.
Parking was free, but atrocious getting out, but hey... it was a great night with great music. We'll be back. ??

I have seen a lot of concerts in a lot of venues and this is one of the worst I've experienced.
Despite there being visible speakers mounted on the outside of the theater, no music was audible unless you were in front of the stage. We missed the entire first act because we were trying to find food.
The food situation was awful. The wait times were ridicously long at almost every food truck. Non-alcoholic beverages were difficult to find. I will give them kudos for having free water stations available to refill whatever container you had.
I try to notice accessibility, although I do not currently have a physical disability and I didn't like what I saw. There were incredibly steep inclines that didn't make a lot of sense and just made the streets more hazardous than necessary. I don't think someone in a wheelchair or on crutches could get onto the lawn, at least not easily. My friend also pointed out the lack of an ASL interpreter, which may have been more to do with the tour, but still. Not an accessible place.
Smoking is allowed as long as you're outside, which is great for smokers and awful for the rest of us.
But the production value was good. The sound was good. The screens were well placed and easy to see. They held a decent concert. Its just a very unfriendly venue.
