Located in Downtown Hartford, the XL Center is a large arena hosting sports, concerts, and family shows. Reviews note the staff is amazing, friendly, and nice. The venue is described as a great concert place, easy to get in and out, with bathrooms on each floor. Many seats offer good, steep views. However, several reviews mention the seats could use updating, with some being broken or incredibly uncomfortable. One concession experience was negative. Overall, visitors had a blast, found it incredible, and are excited to return for more events.

Was great (except the popcorn). The staff was all friendly and nice, from parking, security check and those that seat you. The popcorn bag we got seed to be scraped out of the bottom of the popcorn popper, all shells and broken crumby bits. Otherwise it was great!

Great concert place. It was easy to get in and out, there are bathrooms on each floor. I had a higher section, and I was still able to jump up and down, with no fear.
