Mike and his team are elite, efficient and knowledgeable. Mike advocated for me with my insurance to make sure my 6 month old Subaru did not get aftermarket parts fighting for what was right. I was kept updated throughout the repair process, all questions were answered, and the vehicle repairs were completed 4 days sooner than expected. “I was in desperate need for a car looking for probably a month or 2 but a lot of dealerships were charging crazy amount per month (finance) in locations around the area within a 20 miles radius. I was on CarGurus one time and seen a car that I liked, called the place up and I said I wanted put a “down deposit like right now” to the guy on the phone who was Marc (the owner) very respectful and cool guy. Told him I wanted that specific car before someone takes it and just told me to fill out the application and called me back within an hour and told me the next steps and that same day… I went to go put half of the deposit down. He took his time looked around for an affordable deal for me and within a couple hours. Told me step by step on what to do, told me about how interest rates work and also talked about credit cards/banks work on the test drive because he knew I was young and buying my first car. I told him my financial situation because I’m not going to lie I’m in a bit of credit card debt and we talked a little about life and financial tips. But regardless humble guy and got business done asap. Whenever you go ask for Marc. Trust me, keep it real with him and he’ll keep it real with you. This is just my opinion. 5 stars.”

“Car broken down at awkward location at an intersection. Police called towing and CT auto showed up in 15 minutes, considering the distance it was like immediately hit the road after they received the request. Never saw any towing company did such professional and swift job. Back up, lower ramping, winch, and chain down, all happened so fast like no waste of any motion. Back to the shop got the issue fixed right away. Definitely recommend this towing service!”

“Paul deff got the job done! Took my Subaru to rays carstar up the st ( they are garbage BTW) they had my car in and out for months...took to Subaru dealership thinking they wld figure out the cause of the shaking in my car,( which they didn't figure out n charged me for a tune up that did nothing!) I spoke to paul on the phone n he knew right away what is was THRU the PHONE! He checked my car out, explained with detail what was causing the shakiness...Subaru n Ray's missed a spark plug that was cracked in three diff areas! He will deff treat u like a person n not brush u off ! He even sent pics to show me!”

“Mike George can fix anything. Fees a bit on the high side, but you get what you pay for. Honest, fabulous work, incredibly detail oriented, and a very nice guy to boot. I have entrusted him with restoring a 1993 Jaguar XJ220-N, one of 3 on the planet. He services many of the Lime Rock Drivers Club cars and is a terrific racer as well. Highly recommended.”
