This CVS has been a familiar and appreciated place for many customers over the years. The pharmacy staff are especially praised for their kindness and treating customers like family, with some appreciating that they respect personal wishes regarding vaccinations and healthcare without judgment. However, there are frustrations with the store, including the loss of valuable employees over the past year and a half, which has impacted service and store atmosphere. Some customers find the self-checkout problematic, as it often has issues and requires staff assistance, making it less convenient. Promotions and sales can also be disappointing, with limited availability of free gifts and out-of-stock items, which seems to be a common CVS issue. Despite these challenges, many customers still recommend the store for its friendly staff and overall good service, although some miss the store's earlier days and worry about its future.
CVS and/or any or my physicians or caregivers mention or approach me anymore pertaining to Vaccinations and that s exactly what i appreciate, expect and respect!!! Thank you for respecting my wishes without judgement :)

if I could give CVS Zero stars I would. The Hebron Connecticut store is utterly filthy. I reported it to the corporate office the regional manager and the store manager. No one cares.
