These folks are the best!!! My original electronic fingerprints were done elsewhere and were rejected. Apparently I have poor ridge detail on my fingers. I reached out to Julie at Biometric Identification Services and she set me up with one of the BIS technicians, Jon, who was able to get new images of my fingerprints that passed. The people at BIS are true professionals, very kind and helpful and they saved me from a huge hassle. I highly recommend this business and I wish I had gone to them first.

Convenient, professional, excellent customer service!!!! Julie was great, very responsive. I am returning customer and I will definitely use BIS for the future fingerprinting needs. Highly recommend!

I give this place 3 stars because the gentleman I dealt with was super fast and efficient at doing the electronic fingerprints. However, his customer service skills were way below average. Zero small talk and pretty much no eye contact. He seemed too busy or at the very least too distracted to worry about chatting with the customer in front of him. I get it, I wasn't there for conversation but it really stuck with me that I drove 45 minutes one way to have him rush through the fingerprints, take my money and send me on my way in about 10 minutes. It was a very thoughtful 45 minute ride home. Had the service been a little more welcoming and pleasant, I'd have given 4 stars

essetially was assaulted by 400+ pound man . grabbed wrist yelled at and pushed me. after paying for the fingerprint. trying to report company to BBB.
