“I recently brought my car in for an oil change. Pretty simple and straight forward. They also checked and topped off the fluid levels. Everything was quick and easy, except that the mechanic did not hear that I wanted full synthetic oil. The oil that he used was the recommended oil for the car; but not the one that I told Warren, before the mechanic took the car. It was a simple break in the communication line. When we discovered that it wasn't what I asked for; Warren immediately had it drained and refilled with the correct oil. No big deal. It only took a few minutes more, because it was addressed immediately. The fact that Warren addressed it right away; to me, spoke Very Highly of his commitment to a 'customer's positive experience'; which I believe goes considerably beyond 'customer satisfaction'. I highly recommend them for your auto needs.”

“Friendly on the phone, not in person. The waiting room was upstairs in the showroom. They had coffee, comfy chairs, and all sorts of TV entertainment (pluto, disney, netflix, etc). They also let my kid sit on the golf carts in the showroom. Price was alright. It took less time than quoted, and the job was done correctly. I was even able to bring my own parts! When it was done, they did not show me the breakdown of the jobs/services/work and just told me the price I owed; He did not explain ANYTHING whatsoever and just wanted to know if I was paying cash or card. Once I was paid, all customer service was gone and expired and THEN i was handed the breakdown on the receipt. There was a younger woman at a desk who was on her phone and did not seem at all interested in her job. They had little knick-knacks/free items in baskets in the hallway like screen cleaners, pens, air freshners, and a few other things i can't recall. Clean office and waiting area. There was also a guy in there taking a course on a breathalyzer installation he needed for his car at an open desk, IN thw showroom/waiting area while I was in there and I found that to be inconsiderate to his privacy. He probably didn't want everyone knowing what he had in his personal life, and here he was, watching a video on how to use it, right out in the open.”

“I highly recommend the service department. Avery is very perfessional (everyone else too) My 2021 Jeep Grand cherokee L, has had the service 4wd light on. Each time it was for a different reason. Yesterday, I picked it up drove only about 1 mile and it came on again (for a different reason). When I went back Avery made me feel that he was as frustrated as I am. Even close to closing time on a Friday he took the my car around back to the mechanics to see what was going on. When He came back, he explained the difference in codes and what they are going to do. He always keeps me informed at every step.”
