they stand apart as a unique and genuine country store despite all the growing sameness of generic corporate convenience stores in the surrounding area. In the summer I see AT through-hikers sitting at the picnic tables outside as they get more supplies for the trail. Locals stop in for their daily coffe, snack and newspaper. Weekenders rely on this first stop in the state to grab goodies to start their vacation. I stop in whenever I'm in the area to grab a few things, but mostly to chat with the friendly owners, who have been there for a couple of decades (love the local knowledge).

BEWARE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! My daughter is hiking on the Appalachian Trail and came in looking for batteries for her headlamp. They were out of new batteries, so they sold her three AAA cells that they took out of a TV control for $1.50 each (ripoff even for new batteries). They promised her they were new and unused. She knew this seemed sketchy, but felt like she had no choice. When she finally tried the batteries this afternoon THEY WERE DEAD! Maybe it's all fun and games when you can stick it to a hiker, but now she has no working light for tonight. Now it's a safety issue. I hope they burn in hell!!!

I make a point to always stop in every time I travel up Route 7! They are the kindest & most helpful people, always willing to take the time to ensure I find exactly what I’m looking for. The young man is also extremely knowledgeable about all the products. Double thumbs up! Bulls Bridge is a true gem in by book!

Kind and helpful, interesting assortment of items, and fair prices for a convenience store. Emphasis on the friendly atmosphere, so rare in stores.

Was in a dire need of a caffeinated beverage and spotted this place from across the street. I was not expecting the sheer amount of selection and awesomeness that was in this place: coffee, candy, water pipes, hilarious t-shirts, beers, and a friendly staff. My ADD was going off the chain in the amount of oddities and sauce selections - if you have the munchies, welcome to heaven. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice, they were happy - and that goes a long way in my book. Will definitely be back when in the area.

First off don't make the mistake of going too far and eating lunch at the Inn next door. I wrote another review for that place and I get hot just thinking about it. This place? Much cooler. There's a really happy and energetic Indian or Pakistani (Asian?) man behind the counter and oh man, I asked him if they carry bread and he pops out from behind the counter and contorts his body to find the quickest way to a loaf of white bread. I mean I haven't moved like that since high school. I didn't end up taking the bread because I'm lazy and a bad partner to my lady friend. I just grabbed a bunch of Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches and got the hell out of there. There was some guy going on and on about somebody parking in the wrong spot outside, and a sign that said "Indian Food" with an arrow pointing to ice cream. The bread grabber made sure I had all the condiments I needed before sending me on my way. If you're in the area, and I don't know why you would be, stop on by for a breakfast sandwich, a cheese danish, a quart of oil, a roll of toilet paper or what have you (Indian Food).
