Drawn to this place because of their beautiful Instagram... Disappointed in real life. We arrived for brunch and upon taking our seats were immediately greeted by flies. Upon further inspection, the wall behind us was COVERED in them (please note that it's March, not exactly fly weather!). Our waiter was ok, but neither friendly nor particularly attentive. The food was generally underseasoned. Home fries had no flavor, the Bloody Mary was bland, the Croque Madame's bechamel sauce was underwhelming. Against our best instincts, we also got dessert. The French fry ice cream was... Interesting. The sticky toffee pudding was bland and the tiramisu was not a traditional tiramisu at all. Overall, we will not be returning because the quality was not there for the enormous price tag.

I had an excellent dinner here last fall. Unfortunately my recent meal this past weekend was a disappointment. Over salty shrimp and grits, carrot soup with little flavor. This could be a knock out of a place because it's a beautiful cozy restaurant with a relaxed vibe. They just have to iron out the inconsistencies.

This is an outstanding restaurant with wonderful food and a great atmosphere. While it's not cheap it's well worth the price. Cocktails and beer are also artfully prepared!

I loved Swyft! I heard about the place for a while & was not disappointed. It is a small & cozy gathering place with a fireplace. The beet salad, cheese plate & carrots were all a hit (see photo) Presentation was A+. The real show stopper was wood-fired PIZZA! (we ordered TIGER KING, the one with the chili oil on it, YUM!)

I love this place! We live an hour and a half away but try to get here seasonally. Everything is delicious!

Gorgeous period building and grounds with lanterns illuminating the property. Rustic bright interior of warm pine, "fireplace", long bar, comfortable seating. Both a tavern side and dining room. Service is unrushed, friendly, and accommodating. Excellent bar chemists. Solid selection of spirits & beer. Curated seasonally driven cocktails were thoughtfully designed and worth trying. The Notirious FIG was a stand out. Menu is pared down but something for all tastes. Locally soured products. Jacob's claw cocktail was outstanding. The Neapolitan 10" pizzas we tried Margarita,Tiger king, & Fungi we're all good. Billowy blistered and charred crust was chewy, tomatoes were tangy, cheese was buttery and salty. Nicely balanced pies. A pleasant, relaxing, and satiating evening here.

The atmosphere is very nice, the service average but not the best. We had lunch/brunch on Sunday 1/14/24, not impressed with the tiny glass of OJ amounting to a mere shot, and the annoying presence of flies hounding our meal in the restaurant. The food was not impressive at all. Definitely NOT a hidden gem, would not recommend, in our personal opinion. We had our meal and also got two pizzas for takeout… for the $100+ bill it was a huge disappointment.

The food is incredible, so I keep coming back, but the service is always to their detriment. Ticket times are quite long (which I can forgive as they get busy and the food is fresh or at least tastes fresh) but the sections I've sat in had very rude servers. I've been there, waiting tables can be a huge pain, but there's never an excuse to be rude or unbothered. I've found myself apologizing for asking for napkins, or a refill because the servers are rather intense and at the worst, condescending. Again though, the food is amazing and I WOULD recommend dining here, just lookout for unpleasant waitstaff, or at least be prepared.

Just a nice place to go. Food was good. Hostess was sweet. Good personality on the server. Restaurants have it tough with pricing in this economy.

Great wood fired pizza in a rustic venue with a fireplace and wood beams. Reservation recommended as it gets busy.

Swyft knows it's way around string fries, smash burgers, shrimp and grits. All the food was so good which I was in such the mood for. We started with the Al Diavolo pizza which was some of the best pizza I've ever had. Same goes with the shrimp and grits. We were way too hungry to wait to take pics of the food. The S'mores cake dessert was delicious though in a petite size so get two if you're planning to share. Only downside was the bar, we tried regular and skinny Margaritas which were all way too ruinously tart- mgt would do well to try out different bar staff and raise their profits.

Tiger king pizza was amazing! A best place for brunch on weekends.
